Wisbech is a town in the Fenland area of Cambridgeshire, known as the "Capital Of The Fens". Wisbech North is part of the town represented by three District Wards; Waterlees, Clarkson & Kirkgate.

Samantha Hoy is the County Councillor for Wisbech North.
Samantha is also a deputy leader of Wisbech Town Council, representing Hill Ward.
Samantha Hoy lives in the Wisbech North Division and is passionate about the town in which she works and lives. She has worked with young people as a leader to help engage them in local issues and politics and is a Trustee for a charity that helps and supports people affected by mental illness - the Bowthorpe Association. She is also a Wisbech Town Councillor.
Samantha Hoy is an energetic and positive young woman who tries to use her skills and enthusiasm as a County Councillor for the town she loves. She believes that only by listening to people and being out and about in the community can a Councillor properly represent people's views. Samantha says: “ this area is more than just a place to live - it is shaped by the people who call it home. I do my best to work with other local people to deliver a better, brighter and more positive future for Wisbech North.”

Samantha Hoy is a twenty-four year old student, studying social policy in Cambridge. She has been interested in local politics for many years and is an active member of the community as well as of the local Conservative party.
